If you do prefer to work separately, we will give you them as a referral to work with solo.
We do a lot, so what don’t we do?
• Copy translations (please submit any text to be included in the requested language or in copy and paste format)
• Video editing (we only offer it on videos shot by us)
• Complex Photoshop manipulation

• Fine art illustrations or extremely complex illustrations

• HTML, CSS, or mobile app design (this is something we are working on though)

• Research (google searching, looking up products, sourcing images online, if you have an image you want included, please send it)

Traditional videography and photography like weddings or personal photoshoots.
We would love to do it all, but we are creatives. We leave that to the professionals. However, we do have local recommendations and referrals for those services that we ourselves have used and trust.

FAQs
What does “unlimited graphic design” mean?
With our plans, it’s like having your own personal army of designers at your beck and call! No limits on requests, no holding back on revision, we’re here to make your design dreams a reality. Sure, we’re not robots, so there’s a bit of human speed involved. We do work on one design at a time, so think of it as a queue, you only listen to one song at a time right? But hey, good things take time, right? And the best part? The price stays the same, no matter how wild your ideas get.
Will I own the rights to the designs?
Once you’ve got your hands on the designs, they’re yours, and yours alone. No sharing required! We believe in giving you full ownership and the freedom to use them however you fancy. And guess what? We don’t hold back on the goods either! You’ll get all the source files (PSD, AI, INDD, FIG, SKETCH) along with PNG, JPEG, SVG, and PDF formats.
What if I only need 1 or 2 designs?
No problem! You can pause your subscription until you need us again. When you’re ready to resume, you’ll still have the remaining days from your previous subscription.
What if I am unhappy with my design?
Navigating the creative process can be a journey. At times, it takes a few iterations for your graphic designer to truly capture your vision thee way you see it. That’s why we offer unlimited revisions—to ensure that in the end you are in love with the final product.
For the smoothest collaboration, direct communication is key. You can reply to any email or message us on Slack to provide feedback for a specific project. When offering feedback, remember these three rules: be clear, be specific, and be actionable.
We are all real people, positive feedback is just as valuable as constructive criticism; our designers appreciate knowing when they’ve hit the mark. Let’s work together to create designs you’ll love!
Who are the designers?
This might be surprising, but Diixer is a team of just one. That means you will work directly with me, founder of Diixer.
However, I admit to not knowing everything, and not being the expert in everything. This means for certain requests, such as animations, and all of the production(photo, video, and print) are provided by local Knoxville partners.
What can I expect for a turnaround time?
The turnaround time for your designs depends on several factors, such as the task complexity, the quality of the design brief, and the number of revisions required. In most cases you can expect to see 48 hour turnaround for design work, or at least a draft of the design requested for more complex things such as landing pages. This does not include production or printing.
How do I submit a design request?
Currently we are still using email and messaging to communicate. We are in the process of building out our own platform to allow seamless and easy communication with your designer.
Are there any refunds?
Yes and no.
In short, due to the nature of the work we do not offer refunds unless its something that is our of our control.
How does the pause feature work?
We get that you might not have enough design work to fill a whole month. Maybe you only have one or two designs that you need right now. This is when pausing helps.
Plans are based on a 31 day period. Say you sign and only use the service for 15 days, then decide to pause your subscription. This means that billing will be paused, and when you return you will still have 16 days remaining to be used in the future.
Do the monthly plans include production services?
They do not. Monthly plans only include design work. Graphic design, Branding, Web Design.
Production services such as Video, Photo, and Printing are an additional charge.
Where does Diixer come from?
Our dogs! We just threw together the names of our most favorite things, Dixie and Kimber. 2 Dogs in the logo, and 2 i’s in the name, the Roman numeral for 2. We love sharing pictures of them when asked!
